The group that you will want to specifically look at when making these college football predictions is the group of home underdogs that are opposing two touchdown favorites. More times than not, these two touchdown favorites will do all that they can to deliver a knockout blow to the home team, but if the game is close in the second half, they will be very likely to just try to pack it in and leave town with a victory.
Other teams that you might want to consider are small home favorites in conference. In a battle of seemingly evenly matched teams, taking the home team is always a safe bet. Consider in your college football predictions whether or not a team has a great home environment or a fairly average one. Generally, big, raucous crowds play a huge role in the outcome. These crowds are especially effective against young quarterbacks and teams with shaky offensive lines. Keep this in mind when you make your college football predictions.
