Arsene Wenger, manager of Premiership team Arsenal has vowed to keep his top players, despite some of them wanting transfers. He has admitted that the money he has for new players would be better spent persuading his current players to stay.

Arsenal have not won any silverware for 3 years and they are eager to end their dry spell with the 08-09 Premiership season. This may mean new blood but Wenger will not sign anyone new at the expense of his current talent leaving the club.

Wenger is on the look out for new players and has been keeping a close eye on the Euro 2008 competition for possible signings. He has been linked with Andrei Arshavin the Russian player, although this may just be speculation.

Wenger would like some new players but hears that Arsenal cannot compete financially with some of the bigger European clubs. Therefore he will focus his attention on keeping players such as Emmanuel Adebayor. Wenger has already lost one of his star players, Mathieu Flamini went to AC Milan on a free transfer. Now he is scared that Adebayor will move to the San Siro too in a big money deal. Wenger told a british newspaper,I went to the Euro 2008 competition to see who I could buy, I have realised however that our chequebook isn't big enough. I have seen some amazing talent, some of which I would like to buy, but I must first use our money to persuade our current players to stay" With players deserting the team and new signings looking unlikely, we may see Arsenal finish even lower next season. However, fans are always assured of quality  live football and as long as they remain focused they may surprise us.

What is going on on? The Lakers look like a team that is in shell shock. This looks nothing like the team that played in the Western Conference Finals. So far I am shocked at the series has gone through 6 quarters.

Easy money with the NBA Picks. Like I said two day ago jump on our picks as we usually do well in the NBA.

Boston takes game 1. Well Iam here to tell you they WILL NOT win game 2. This is easier money then the first game.

Take the Lakers and jump on it early ..Kobe was awfull and he will pay much better in game two. Plus Phill will make the ajustments.

Back to the NBA Finals...man we couldn't ask for anything better then this ...Celtics - Lakers. WOW!

At first glance I thought the Lakers were going to forsure win this series and they may but I think this will be a much better series then some people think.

The first game is going to be key for the Celtics to set the tone at home..if lose this one it could be trouble.

Take the Celtics as a small favorite - 2.5

I have to say I have to take the Spurs here is close out game. I know the home team has won a bunch but this year in the playoffs but I have to go with experience here.
